We want you to love your routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all products that don't meet your expectations. If a formula isn't a perfect match, we'll help you find one that is or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original Glossier pink pouch or any secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
