How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Glow. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt.

Are Glossier products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, and France. We are working hard to bring Glossier to more countries soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
